Now as a Mortgage Broker with West Capital Lending, I use that unique perspective and access to 170+ lenders to help clients find the right loan solutions and confidently move forward with their homeownership goals.

Hi, I’m Ashley Ware.
I’m a Mortgage Broker serving Kansas and Missouri, and I believe getting approved for a home loan should be about strategy — not guesswork.
After spending years in real estate, I saw first hand how many buyers lose homes simply because their financing wasn’t structured correctly. That’s why I became a mortgage broker. Today I work with over 170 lenders to find the right loan strategy for each client, whether it’s a first-time buyer, a move-up homeowner, or someone who needs creative financing solutions.
My goal is simple: help you understand your options, structure your approval the right way, and put you in the strongest position possible when you’re ready to buy.
