Hi, I’m Ashley Ware. I’m a Mortgage Broker serving Kansas and Missouri, and I believe getting approved for a home loan should be about strategy — not guesswork. After spending years in real estate, I saw firsthand how many buyers lose homes simply because their financing wasn’t structured correctly. That’s why I became a mortgage broker. Today I work with over 150 lenders to find the right loan strategy for each client, whether it’s a first-time buyer, a move-up homeowner, or someone who needs creative financing solutions.
